Common areas

Hallways and stairs, with residents home

Corridors, stairwells and breezeways in occupied buildings, one floor at a time.

A hallway job is scheduled around the people who live there. Residents get a notice before we start, one side of a corridor stays open, and wet-paint signs go up before anything is wet.

  • Notice text for your residents, ready to print

  • One floor or stair run at a time

  • Doors, mats and carpet covered

Around residents

How a hallway job runs

  • Notice first

Residents get a written notice with the dates, the floors and a phone number.

  • One side open

Corridors are painted in runs so a path stays clear.

  • Signs up

Wet-paint signs go on before the first roller and stay until it's dry.

  • Evenings if you want

Stair and lobby work can run after residents are home. The turn desk will tell you what a crew can do.
