What we collect

When you send the form, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, the property and unit details, and anything you add. When you text or email, we keep the number or address and the message.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, write a bid and schedule a crew. We don't sell it, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

The turn desk and the crew lead on your job. A scheduling or messaging service that carries your text or email also handles it.

Your choices

Ask us to show you what we have or to delete it by calling or emailing the turn desk. We'll answer within a reasonable time.

Photos and keys

Unit photos are taken for the turn report and kept with your job. Key logs list who held a key and when, and nothing else.

If this changes, the new version goes on this page.
